Blanc de Blancs has a complex nose with delicious aromas reminiscent of exotic fruits: banana, pineapple, and passion fruit. Brilliant, pleasing, foam. Rosé has a rich nose with fruity aromas and hints of red fruits and strawberries. On the palate it displays nice intensity with fine bubbles. Delightful balance.
